In the enclosed file you will find a list of conference rooms presented in a form of chart including: the name, surface area and four most popular arrangements: theatrical, banquet, school-like and semi-circle.
The standard room equipment included in the price covers: screen, flipchart, air-conditioning /Under the Lilac Room, Under the Apple Tree/ and the Internet. For additional fee it is also possible to furnish the conference room with the following:
- sound system /wireless microphone, voice recorder, rostrum, CD player/
- translation /equipment for simultaneous interpreting, interpreter’s cabin with equipment/
